  • I never tried yoga, what do you recommend?
If you're new to yoga, welcome! I recommend starting with our Hatha Yoga classes. Hatha provides a great foundation for beginners, focusing on fundamental postures and alignment. It's a gentle introduction that allows you to build strength and flexibility while fostering a connection between breath and movement. As you become more comfortable, you might want to explore our Yin Yoga classes, which offer a slower-paced practice, targeting deep connective tissues and promoting relaxation. Both styles are accessible to beginners and offer unique benefits, so feel free to choose the one that resonates most with your preferences. I am here to support you on your journey, and I encourage you to move at your own pace. Give it a try, and discover the transformative power of yoga!
  • What's expected after my first class?
After your first class, it's completely normal to experience a mix of feelings. You might feel a sense of relaxation, increased awareness of your body, or perhaps a bit of physical fatigue. Some people also find a heightened mental clarity or a sense of calm. It's important to honor whatever your body and mind are feeling. It's common to gradually notice improvements in flexibility, strength, and overall well-being with consistent practice. It's perfectly okay if you don't master every pose right away—yoga is a journey, not a destination. Hydrate well, listen to your body, and if you have any questions or concerns, I am here to guide and support you on your yoga journey.
  • I am pregnant, can I come to these classes?
Congratulations on your pregnancy! Yes, you are absolutely welcome to join our classes. Both Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga can be modified to accommodate various stages of pregnancy. It's essential to inform your instructor about your pregnancy, so they can provide appropriate modifications and guidance tailored to your needs. Prenatal yoga (you can also try the prenatal yoga classes), can offer numerous benefits, including improved flexibility, reduced stress, and enhanced well-being. However, it's advisable to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise routine during pregnancy. I am here to create a safe and nurturing environment for you, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience throughout your yoga practice.
  • I have a physical condition, shall I inform you?
Yes, absolutely. Your well-being is our top priority. If you have any pre-existing physical conditions or concerns, please do inform us before the class begins. This way, I can provide appropriate modifications and offer guidance tailored to your specific needs. Your safety and comfort are essential to me, and by sharing this information, you enable me to create a supportive and inclusive environment for your yoga practice. Feel free to communicate openly, and together, we'll ensure that your experience on the mat aligns with your individual requirements.
